Delivery Times
UK deliveries are normally dispatched next-day by Royal Mail. Generally, orders received on a Monday will be collected by the Royal Mail on Tuesday morning, and then delivered on Wednesday morning (1st class or Tracked 24) or Thursday morning (Tracked 48).
On occasions, however, we're all out of the office, so dispatch may not be immediate. If you need your order urgently then same-day dispatch might be possible... please just let us know or contact us here.
International deliveries are usually dispatched next working day by Royal Mail, but please allow 2 weeks for delivery to Europe or 3 weeks to the rest of the world.
CUSTOMS FEES & DUTY
Please note that international orders may incur additional customs fees that are outside of our control and will be payable on delivery.
